Job Description

JASARA PMC is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team. As an HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in driving HR initiatives and providing strategic HR support to our organization. You will partner with business leaders to understand their objectives and develop and implement HR strategies that align with the overall goals of JASARA PMC.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with business leaders to understand their goals and provide HR support and guidance.
  • Develop and implement HR programs and initiatives that support talent management, employee engagement, performance management, and organizational development.
  • Provide coaching and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including employee relations, performance improvement, and career development.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations and support any necessary reporting or documentation requirements.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure consistent implementation of policies and procedures.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and make recommendations for continuous improvement in HR practices and processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role.
  • Knowledge of Saudi Arabia labor laws and regulations.
  • Experience working in the construction or infrastructure industry is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality when handling sensitive HR information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
