Eram Talent is currently looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Procurement Engineer - Civil amp; Marine to join our team. As a Senior Procurement Engineer - Civil amp; Marine, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process for civil and marine construction projects, ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of materials and services.

• Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet the specific requirements of civil and marine construction projects
• Identify potential suppliers, conduct vendor assessments, and negotiate contracts and agreements for civil and marine construction materials and services
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and delivery timelines
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication
• Manage the procurement budget for civil and marine construction projects and track expenses
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, industry standards, and company policies
• Evaluate and implement process improvements to optimize the procurement function for civil and marine construction

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in procurement, specifically in civil and marine construction projects
• In-depth knowledge of procurement principles, practices, and regulations in the civil and marine construction industry
• Experience with supplier evaluation and selection for construction materials and services
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in procurement software/tools
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
