Job Description

JASARA PMC is seeking a talented and experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and selecting high-caliber candidates. As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will contribute to JASARA's mission of delivering exceptional social infrastructure programs and play a vital role in the success of Vision 2030. The purpose of this role is to provide end to end recruitment and sourcing support to a diverse portfolio of clients and act as the focal point and trusted advisor for all recruitment related matter in respective area.

The Talent Acquisition Partner provides operational recruitment support to a portfolio of clients in the business. The TA Partner will work directly with the Hiring Leaders, TA Leads and the TA Manager contributing to a range of the talent acquisition and sourcing recruitments for specific disciplines of our company.

Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
  • Conduct thorough and efficient screening and interviewing processes to identify the best candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific talent needs and provide guidance and support in selecting candidates.
  • Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to efficiently manage candidate applications and maintain accurate candidate records.
  • Actively network and build relationships with key industry professionals and organizations to expand the talent pool.
  • Stay current on industry trends and market insights to effectively communicate JASARA's unique value proposition to potential candidates.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years' experience in a Talent Acquisition role
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven experience with full cycle recruiting at all levels and multiple disciplines
  • Proven success with proactive recruiting strategies using non-traditional recruiting methods
  • Experience understanding TA needs and developing and maintaining a talent pipeline across areas of responsibility
  • Experience with passive candidate recruiting including research, sourcing, and cold calling, as applicable
  • Experience recruiting in EPC and/or professional services environment
  • Prior experience in using recruiting tools such as internal databases and job boards and in collecting referrals
  • Prior experience using relevant Applicant Tracking Systems, general knowledge of HR policies and procedures
