Salla is currently seeking an Operation Compliance Manager to join our team.
As an Operation Compliance Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our operations comply with all relevant regulations and internal policies.
You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring compliance programs and procedures across various operational areas.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential compliance risks and to ensure that our operations consistently meet legal and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Design and implement compliance programs, policies, and procedures to ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular compliance risk assessments and audits to identify potential areas of non-compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address compliance issues, provide guidance, and develop appropriate solutions.
- Monitor internal processes and operations to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and industry best practices.
- Provide training and education to employees on compliance matters to increase awareness and understanding.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes in regulations that may impact our operations.
- Work with external auditors and regulatory agencies during compliance audits and investigations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in compliance management or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Ability to interpret and apply laws, regulations and policies .
- Strong Leadership skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Experience in the e-commerce or technology industry is a plus.
