Eram Talent is currently seeking a Junior BMS Testing amp; Commissioning Engineer to join their team. As a Junior BMS Testing amp; Commissioning Engineer, you will be responsible for testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting building management systems. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the functionality, performance, and efficiency of BMS installations in commercial and residential buildings.

• Designing of Automation systems for various Industrial, Commercial and Residential buildings.
• Creating application programs for the controllers in accordance with the SOP for various equipment.
• Creating HMI graphics for handheld operator displays and servers
• For BAS projects, prepare AutoCAD/Visio Schematic drawings, network drawings, shop drawings, panel layout drawings, and control drawings.
• Preparation of Technical submittals and Logic of operations for various Automation Projects.
• Estimation of various high rise commercial, residential towers and Industrial Buildings for Building Automation System Projects.
• Co-ordination with distributors and customers.
• Creating project timelines and commissioning reports
• Install and program various types of BMS controllers and IO modules in accordance with equipment specifications such as data point schedule, IO list, and operation sequence.
• Test BMS control panels and hardware.
• Conduct pre-commissioning tests and commission HVAC automation control such as FCU, VAV, AHU, VFD, chillers.
• Commission and calibrate all field equipment in accordance with industry standards.
• BacNet and Modbus protocol integration of various devices.
• Prepare weekly progress reports and document technical, modification, commissioning, and check list documentation for review by the project manager.
• Supervising the installation and commissioning of all BMS systems.
• Third-party integration on various platforms such as BACNET and Modbus Protocol using system mapping details such as DC, Energy meters, VFD, UPS, and BTU Meter.
• Maintaining time amp; quality of work.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
• 5 years of experience in BMS testing and commissioning
• Strong knowledge of building management systems and their components
• Familiarity with BMS protocols such as BACnet, Modbus, and LonWorks
• Experience in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required
