JASARA PMC is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Structural Engineer to join our team. As a Senior Structural Engineer, you will play a key role in the design and analysis of complex structural systems. You will work closely with architects, contractors, and other project stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of our projects, while adhering to engineering standards and client requirements.

• Perform structural analysis and design for a wide range of building types and structures.
• Develop and review structural calculations, drawings, and specifications.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to integrate structural design with other building systems.
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Assist in the preparation of project proposals, specifications, and reports.
• Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and provide technical support.
• Mentor and assist junior engineers in their professional development.
• Stay up-to-date with advancements in the field of structural engineering and apply new technologies and best practices to projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field.
• 5 to 10 years of experience in structural engineering, with a focus on analysis and design.
• Proficient in structural analysis and design software (e.g., ETABS, SAP2000, SAFE, etc.).
• In-depth knowledge of international building codes and standards.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Experience in the design of various building types, including commercial, residential, and institutional projects.
• Professional Engineering license or equivalent certification.
