Civil/Roads Inspector (EOI)

JASARA PMC is currently seeking an experienced Civil/Roads Inspector to join our team. As a Civil/Roads Inspector, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and compliance of civil and roads construction projects. You will be responsible for conducting inspections, reviewing project plans and specifications, and collaborating with project teams to identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the successful delivery of infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia.

• Conduct inspections of civil and roads construction sites to ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
• Review project plans, drawings, and specifications to identify any discrepancies or non-compliance.
• Monitor construction activities, including earthworks, asphalt paving, road maintenance, and drainage systems.
• Document and report any observed issues, defects, or non-compliance.
• Collaborate with project teams, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve construction-related issues.
• Provide recommendations for corrective actions and improvements.
• Ensure all necessary documentation and records are maintained.
• Attend project meetings and communicate inspection findings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 5 to 10 years of experience as a Civil/Roads Inspector.
• Strong knowledge of civil and roads construction methods, materials, and codes.
• Experience in inspecting and reviewing civil and roads construction projects.
• Proficiency in interpreting project plans, drawings, and specifications.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify and document non-compliance or quality issues.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Professional certifications/licenses related to Civil/Roads Inspection are preferred.
