Salla is seeking an experienced Organizational Development (OD) Director to join our team. As the OD Director you will report to the CHRO, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of policies and programs to enhance organizational effectiveness and drive employee engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement talent management strategies, including performance management, succession planning, and career development.
- Lead the design and implementation of employee engagement initiatives.
- Collaborate with HR business partners and leadership teams to identify and address organizational development needs.
- Design and deliver leadership development programs and initiatives.
- Conduct organizational assessments to identify areas for improvement.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of OD programs and initiatives.
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers and leaders on performance management, team development, and change management.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in OD.
- Manage and develop a team of OD professionals.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in organizational development or related field.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, organizational psychology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience developing and implementing HR and OD strategies and initiatives.
- Strong understanding of talent management, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
