Sr. QA Engineer -2

JASARA PMC is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior QA Engineer to join our team. As a Senior QA Engineer at JASARA PMC, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our projects. You will be responsible for developing and implementing quality assurance processes, conducting thorough testing, and analyzing data to identify areas for improvement. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of software development processes, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to effectively lead and mentor a team. • Develop and implement quality assurance processes and methodologies
• Has experience in the infrastructure and buildings and has commercial and quality assurance/control management experience on mega projects.
• Coordinates with other functional managers to ensure correct implementation of project guidelines, contracts and other related procedures.
• Coordinate and perform quality audits for the implementation of work process and contract procedures.
• Must have thorough knowledge of commercial and quality assurance/control methods, practices, international codes, standards, and procedures.
• Ensures project quality objectives are met. Also is responsible for obtaining the necessary commercial and quality resources to plan and execute the work.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in software quality assuranceideally in Middle East.
• Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies
• Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
