Senior Projects Control Manager

JASARA PMC is currently seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Projects Control Manager to join our team. As the Senior Projects Control Manager at JASARA PMC, you will be responsible for overseeing the project control function of our diverse range of programs and projects in Saudi Arabia. You will play a critical role in ensuring effective planning, monitoring, and controlling of project activities to ensure successful project execution and delivery.

• Develop and implement project control strategies, processes, and procedures
• Establish project baselines, including scope, schedule, and budget
• Monitor project progress and performance, identifying any deviations and providing timely updates to stakeholders
• Manage project risks and issues, developing mitigation plans as necessary
• Prepare and present project status reports to management and clients
• Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination
• Ensure compliance with project control processes and standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• A minimum of 20 years of experience in project control management or a relevant role ideally have international experience but the majority of work experience in the GCC.
• Extensive knowledge of project management principles, methodologies, and controls techniques
• Proficiency in project control software, such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
