Quality Assurance Manager

JASARA PMC, a leading program management company in Saudi Arabia, is seeking a reliable and experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure the delivery of high-quality projects. You will work closely with project teams to define quality objectives, conduct audits, and monitor the effectiveness of quality control measures. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

• Develop and implement quality assurance policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance with industry standards and project requirements.
• Conduct audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with quality control measures.
• Collaborate with project teams to define quality objectives and develop action plans to achieve them.
• Monitor and analyze quality performance data to identify trends and patterns.
• Provide guidance and support to project teams on quality assurance methodologies and best practices.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and suppliers to address quality-related issues and implement corrective actions.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments related to quality assurance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in the construction industry ideally have international experience but the majority of work experience in the GCC.
• Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and best practices.
• Experience in conducting audits and inspections.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in quality management tools and software.
• Certifications in quality management or related field are a plus.
