Job Description
We are currently seeking an Analyst Planning to join our team. As an Analyst Planning, you will be responsible for assisting in the development and execution of strategic plans, conducting market research and analysis, and providing recommendations for process improvements. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to support planning activities and ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and execution of strategic plans, including goal-setting, performance tracking, and resource allocation.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential growth opportunities.
- Collect and analyze data to support decision-making processes and provide recommendations for process improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather input and ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Participate in meetings and discussions to contribute ideas, insights, and suggestions for improving planning processes.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in planning and performance management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Prior experience in planning, analysis, or similar roles is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
