Manage leads and execute projects within the urban development sales function. Scope includes customer communication plans as well as sales initiatives working with the sales team.
Main Accountabilities:1) Sales management and follow up on generating new leads to achieve targets.
2) Maintains high sales performance planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
3) Establish and manage/update a database and implement a go to market plan (B2B amp; B2C)
4) Pricing and annual forecasting by analyzing market trends, results and consolidating reports and recommendations and report periodically.
5) Assure collection process is taking place smoothly for villas and sub developer’s dues.
6) Provide the market study pricing when needed for targeted products and areas amp; visit the surrounding competitors to verify their prices, sales and products.
7) Visual visits to each of our projects to check the improvements.
8) Follow up on the sales department's work by visiting the relevant authorities.
Requirements
Required Qualifications:1)Required Education amp; Experience:
Bachelor degree, with 5 - 6years of total business management experience and 3 years of relevant function experience
2)Required Languages amp; Computer Skills:
Fluent bilingual (Arabic/English). Computer literate with good MS Office skills.
