Salla is seeking an Employee Experience Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and implementing initiatives that enhance the overall employee experience and foster a positive and engaging work environment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute various programs and activities that promote employee satisfaction, well-being, and growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement employee onboarding and orientation programs to facilitate seamless integration
- Create and execute employee engagement surveys to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement
- Organize and coordinate company-wide events and activities to foster a sense of community and teamwork
- Collaborate with HR and management teams to ensure alignment of employee experience efforts with company goals and values
- Provide support and resources to employees to promote well-being and work-life balance
- Implement recognition and reward programs to acknowledge employee achievements and contributions
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in employee experience and make recommendations for continuous improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational psychology, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in employee engagement, employee relations, or a similar role
- Strong understanding of employee experience principles and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate and build relationships with cross-functional teams
- Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and initiatives
