Eram Talent is looking for a skilled Maintenance Engineer with experience in facilities management to join our team. As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repairs of various facilities, ensuring they operate smoothly and efficiently.

• Create and implement maintenance procedures and schedules for all facilities.
• Coordinate and oversee maintenance activities, such as inspections, repairs, and installations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance work performed.
• Manage maintenance budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions.
• Ensure compliance with relevant safety and environmental regulations.
• Train and supervise maintenance staff.
• Collaborate with other departments to identify and address facility-related needs and improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Maintenance Engineer in facilities management.
• Strong knowledge of facility maintenance best practices and regulations.
• Experience with maintenance management software.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Flexibility to work on weekends and/or off-hours as needed.
