Construction Supervisor

JASARA PMC, a joint venture between Public Investment Fund (PIF), Jacobs, and Saudi Aramco, is seeking a Construction Supervisor to join our team. As a Construction Supervisor, you will play a vital role in managing and overseeing the construction activities of our Social Infrastructure programs in Saudi Arabia. This is an opportunity to work on the most exciting and complex programs in the world and bring visible change within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

• Oversee and manage all aspects of civil engineering construction projects
• Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely completion of projects
• Develop project schedules and budgets and ensure adherence to them
• Monitor and report on project progress to management
• Address construction site issues and take appropriate actions to resolve them
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety and quality regulations, and legal requirements
• Ensure project documentation and records are maintained and up-to-date

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in civil engineering construction, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
• Certified Professional Project Manager (CPPM) or equivalent certification preferred
• Knowledge of safety and quality regulations and legal requirements related to civil engineering construction
• Excellent project management and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including contractors and suppliers.
