Responsibilities:
- Conduct training sessions and workshops on Quality practices and testing methodologies.
- Provide ongoing mentorship and support to teams in adopting these practices.
- Collaborate with software development and QA teams to develop effective testing strategies.
- Contribute to the improvement of QA processes, suggesting innovative approaches to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure alignment of testing strategies with business objectives and software development lifecycle.
- Encourage and facilitate cross-functional collaboration to embed quality in all stages of development.
- Lead and support teams during incident and outage responses.
- Collect, analyze, and report on QA metrics and statistics across teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- 4+ years experience in Quality Assurance, Software Testing, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycles and Quality methodologies.
- Strong communication, coaching, and mentoring skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and leverage data.
- Experience with QA tools and automated testing software.
- Excellent Leadership and Decision-making skills.
- Experience with KPI and Reporting tools.
