Main Responsibilities

1. Leverage your network and various platforms to source and screen freelance tutors in Saudi Arabia, ensuring they meet rigorous quality standards.
2. Collaborate with the Matchmaking Team to understand student needs and pair them with the perfect tutor based on qualifications and specific requirements.
3. Utilize technology effectively, collect and analyze data, and maintain ongoing communication with tutors to build a strong network and continuously refine recruitment strategies.

A Day In Your Life

As a Tutor Acquisition Specialist your role is dynamic and multifaceted, involving shifts across two key teams: the Sourcing Team and the Matchmaking Team. Your day-to-day activities will vary depending on the team you are working with for the shift.

• Screening and Onboarding: Your primary task will include screening potential tutor candidates based on our quality standards and educational requirements. You are expected to onboard a set target of tutors per day, ensuring they meet our criteria for excellence.
• Data Reporting: you will compile and report key metrics, such as the number of tutors screened, onboarded, and pending follow-ups. This data is crucial for assessing our recruitment effectiveness and strategizing future sourcing efforts.
• Continuous Outreach: Maintain ongoing communication with potential tutors, building and nurturing relationships that aid in our long-term recruitment goals.

• Handling Requests: You will receive package requests from students or parents looking for the ideal tutor. Your task is to understand the specific needs and preferences outlined in these requests.
• Match-making: Follow a structured process to identify the best tutor match, either from our existing community or through external sourcing if necessary.
• Coordination and Confirmation: Once you identify a potential tutor match, your task is to coordinate between the student and the tutor to confirm suitability, while ensuring both parties are informed and agreeable to the proposed match.

Requirements

Experience needed

• Proven experience in recruiting teachers or working in international schools
• Strong connections in the educational sector within Saudi Arabia
• Ability to multitask while ensuring high quality work
• Quick learner, especially with new technology and CRM tools (Hubspot is a plus)
• Flexibility and adaptability are essential for this position, as roles may change to meet the varying demands within different teams
• Hands-on experience with data analytics to inform strategies and decision-making. Comfortable with metrics, KPIs, and OKRs to drive business outcomes
• Fluency in English and Arabic
