As Sales Operations executive, you will be responsible to streamline daily operations and facilitating successful sales cycles for Bayut Saudi Arabia’s property transaction business. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong communication and analytical skills to support Sales teams efficiently and effectively. You will handle sales documentation and ensure policy compliance throughout the sales process.
In this role, you will :
- Proofread and process documents to ensure accuracy and consistency with established guidelines.
- Answer inbound calls from Sales team,effectively addressing their inquiries and guiding them through the sales process.
- Coordinate with Sales team and other stakeholders to ensure smooth sales progression and timely completion of all payments and documents related to the sold property units.
- Process booking forms and ensure adherence to all company policies and proceduresthroughout the sales cycle.
- Maintain a professional and positive work environment.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather necessary information and complete documentation accurately.
Requirements
- Minimum bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Services or Sales Support roles
- Good understanding and hands on usage experience of any kind of CRMs
- Good command over Excel and other data management and reporting tools.
- Must be proficient in Arabic. English language skills will be a plus.
- Strong Analytical and Communication skills
- Tech savviness
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Highly motivated and detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
