We are a joint venture between MEIG (Middle East Internet Group), Rocket Internet, and IMENA. Jeeny was established in 2014 as Easy Taxi. However, in 2016, it was revamped as Jeeny to cater to other services. Currently, we are operational in Saudi Arabia and Jordan.

About The Role:
We are actively seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with expertise in both front and back-end programming, specializing in the Laravel framework. Joining our esteemed Automation team, the selected candidate will play a pivotal role in designing and developing web APIs, seamlessly integrating APIs, and ensuring application responsiveness. Proficiency in the Laravel framework is a key requirement, aligning with our commitment to using cutting-edge tools and technologies. Collaboration with the Product/Business Team for the incorporation of new product features is an integral aspect of this role. The Full Stack Developer will oversee projects from conceptualization to the final product, showcasing organizational prowess and meticulous attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Develop unit and integration tests to ensure code quality.
- Respond to change requests and feature requirements promptly.
- Write code that is cross-platform and cross-device compatible.
- Coordinate with team members, conduct research, and learn to create advanced, elegant, and efficient systems as needed.
- Work independently and in collaborative teams, effectively communicating design and building ideas.
- Ensure the responsiveness of applications.
- Oversee projects from conception to the finished product.
- Stay abreast of developments in web applications and programming languages.
- Design and develop APIs using a micro-services architecture.
- Comfortably work with server-side languages, with a strong emphasis on expertise in the Laravel framework.
- Possess strong Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and design techniques.
- Translate wireframes and PSD designs into functional web applications using Bootstrap, ReactJs, and Node.js.
- Bind UI elements to JavaScript object models, creating responsive designs.
- Collaborate in a cross-functional team to deliver a comprehensive user experience.
Requirements
- Proficiency in server-side languages, including PHP and NodeJs, with advanced expertise in the PHP frameworks.
- Familiarity with database technologies such as MySQL, MsSQL, and MongoDB (a plus).
- Strong documentation skills, with the ability to analyze code and databases.
- Incorporate client requests and requirements into the development of new or existing enterprise solutions.
- Work quickly with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Team player with good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to perform under stress and aggressive deadlines, demonstrating self-organization and proactive planning.
- Proficiency in fundamental front-end languages: HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks such as Angular JS and React Native.
