Requirements

• Prior experience as a Pool Foreman or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of pool construction techniques and materials.
• Familiarity with relevant safety regulations and best practices.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control.
• Certification in pool construction or a related field is preferred.
