We are looking for a Revenue Operations Analyst to support the Revenue Operations team in their day-to-day operations and revamping the function, with a focus on bid management and reporting. As a Revenue Operations Analyst, you will work with the Revenue Operations team members to streamline the process of contracting, proposals, RFPs, and other revenue related activities. Moreover, you will also work closely with the rest of the commercial team, the finance team, the legal team, and the cybersecurity team.
As a Revenue Operations Analyst, your daily workload might include:
- Collaborate with the Revenue Operations team to gain a deep understanding of the business processes and tools that support the Commercial Team.
- Take charge of bid management tasks and responsibilities.
- Handle pricing and contracting processes efficiently.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration with Legal, Finance, and Cybersecurity teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Manage vendor registrations and handle related documentation.
- Support enablement efforts by reviewing and optimizing collateral.
- Provide essential administration support, including data enrichment, cleansing, and deduplication within the CRM.
Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, or similar degrees.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales operations or any relevant field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Exceptional attention to detail.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Works well with numbers.
