Our client, a renowned 5-star luxury hotel, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the operations of their prestigious restaurant. As the Restaurant Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest level of service, quality, and customer satisfaction.
You will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of the restaurant, including front-of-house and back-of-house operations. Your duties will include overseeing the dining room, supervising staff, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, managing inventory and supplies, and maintaining the restaurant's reputation for excellence.
The ideal candidate for this position will have proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
