As a Manager Sales Operations is a key position and person holding this position will be responsible to oversee sales operations for Bayut KSA’s transactions business. He will ensure transparency and flawless completion of each transactional sale being done by the Sales team through Sales Operations Executives in the system and generate reports for the higher management as and when required.
In this role, you will:
- Responsible for sales operational activities, which include enabling sales force with required system information/education amp; training.
- Coordinate with sales leadership and assist them in furnishing and preparing all key reports that can help in day-to-day operational decision-making stuff.
- Work as a bridge between sales force and sale support teams to fill out all gaps related to communication, system amp; process handling.
- Prepare all daily/weekly/monthly reports and conduct all required sessions ensuring effective amp; accurate information.
- Responsible for operations team and hold a strong follow up and grip on reports related to sales pulse, pipeline, and revenues.
- Develop sustainable processes to prevent operational issues and always look up for permanent fixtures to avoid reoccurrence of reported operational issues.
- Carry out evaluation of company’s present operational goals and suggest ways of improving important areas and oversee operational cost, risk, and audit activities.
- Develop productive, profitable, and achievement-oriented working environment for employees.
- Supervise operations team to ensure operational excellence and excellent stake holder management amp; employee/staff services.
- Responsible for continuous improvement and carry out all corrective and preventive action items in timely manners with strong follow up and coordination.
Requirements
- Minimum Batchelor’s degree
- Minimum overall required professional experience of working in a reputable organization is 5 years in KSA with minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role.
- Excellent understanding of CRMs and experience of working on different CRMs in coordination with Sales amp; Product teams
- Must be proficient in Arabic and English languages.
- Advanced level command over Excel and other data management and reporting tools.
- Must possess inspiring personality traits through excellent and effective communication, strong intrapersonal, interpersonal, Time management and leadership skills
