Delay Analyst (Planning)

JASARA PMC is currently seeking a skilled Delay Analyst (Planning) to join our team. As a Delay Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and assessing delays and disruptions to construction projects, evaluating and accurately determining the impact of the delays on project schedules, and providing expert advice and support to project teams.

• Analyze and evaluate construction project schedules to identify delays and disruptions.
• Quantify and assess the impact of delays on project schedules and cost.
• Prepare detailed delay analysis reports and presentations.
• Provide expert advice and support to project teams on delay-related issues.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to develop strategies to mitigate delays and improve project performance.
• Implement best practices and industry standards in delay analysis and planning.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advances in delay analysis techniques.
• Support the development of project schedules and perform schedule review and analysis.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of project planning and scheduling processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in delay analysis, preferably in construction or engineering projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction project scheduling and planning concepts.
• Proficiency in using scheduling software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Professional certifications such as PSP (Planning amp; Scheduling Professional) or equivalent are a plus.
