Senior Product Manager - Q-commerce Supply

• Conducting in-depth market research to understand trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape in the q-commerce sector.
• Developing and managing a product roadmap that aligns with the overall business strategy and meets market demands.
• Implementing process improvements to optimize supply chain efficiency, focusing on speed, cost-effectiveness, and reliability.
• Ensuring a user-friendly experience for supply-side interfaces and regularly collecting feedback for continuous product improvement.
• Leading and working closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, operations, and sales, to ensure product alignment with company objectives.
• Using data analytics to make informed product decisions, manage inventory, forecast demand, and track key performance indicators.
• Identifying and mitigating risks in the supply chain, including inventory management, supplier issues, and logistics.
• Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and advocating for sustainable practices in the supply chain.
• Managing the product's budget and resources effectively, understanding the financial impact of product decisions, and driving profitable growth.
• Communicating progress, challenges, and new ideas effectively with stakeholders, including senior management.
• Staying updated on the latest technologies and trends in q-commerce and supply chain management to foster continuous innovation and improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of proven experience in product management, with a track record of successful product launches. Preferably in a B2B or B2C E-commerce environment.
• Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle, Agile methodologies, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong knowledge in supply chain logistics, inventory management, and supplier relationship management.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to inspire and influence diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in product management and data analysis tools.
• Unquenchable passion for innovation, coupled with a keen understanding of customer needs and market trends.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, technologies, and processes.
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
