Civil/Structural Inspector

JASARA PMC is currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Civil/Structural Inspector to join our team. As a Civil/Structural Inspector, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and compliance of civil and structural construction projects. You will conduct inspections, review project plans and specifications, and collaborate with project teams to identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies. This is a great opportunity to contribute to the successful delivery of Social Infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia.

• Conduct inspections of civil and structural construction projects to ensure compliance with specifications, codes, and standards.
• Review project plans, drawings, and specifications to identify any discrepancies or non-compliance.
• Monitor construction activities, including earthworks, concrete pouring, reinforcement installation, and structural assembly.
• Document and report any observed issues, defects, or non-compliance.
• Collaborate with project teams, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve construction-related issues.
• Provide recommendations for corrective actions and improvements.
• Ensure all necessary documentation and records are maintained.
• Participate in project meetings and communicate inspection findings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Preferences will be given to Saudi Nationality.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Civil/Structural Inspector.
• Strong knowledge of civil and structural construction methods, materials, and codes.
• Experience in inspecting and reviewing civil and structural construction projects.
• Proficiency in interpreting project plans, drawings, and specifications.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify and document non-compliance or quality issues.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Professional certifications/licenses related to Civil/Structural Inspection are preferred.
