JASARA PMC is looking for a talented and experienced Lead Structural Engineer to join our team. As a Lead Structural Engineer, you will play a critical role in the successful delivery of complex and high-profile projects. You will be responsible for leading a team of structural engineers, overseeing the structural design process, and ensuring compliance with engineering standards and project requirements.

• Lead and manage a team of structural engineers, providing guidance, mentorship, and technical expertise.
• Oversee the structural design process, including concept development, detailed design, and construction documentation.
• Review and approve structural calculations, drawings, and specifications.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other project stakeholders to ensure effective coordination and integration of structural design with other disciplines.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Provide technical guidance on complex structural engineering issues and propose innovative solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, codes, and standards, and ensure compliance in design procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field.
• Professional Engineering license or equivalent certification.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in structural engineering, with a focus on design and project management.
• Expertise in structural analysis and design software (e.g., ETABS, SAP2000, SAFE, etc.).
• Strong understanding of international building codes and standards.
• Proven experience in leading and managing a team of structural engineers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multi-disciplinary teams and clients.
• Attention to detail and a strong focus on delivering high-quality work.
• Experience in the design of diverse structures, including commercial, residential, and industrial projects.
