Lead Mechanical Engineer

JASARA is seeking an experienced and motivated Lead Mechanical Engineer to join their team. As a Lead Mechanical Engineer, you will have the opportunity to lead and oversee the mechanical engineering activities within the organization. You will be responsible for managing a team of mechanical engineers and ensuring the successful delivery of projects related to social infrastructure in Saudi Arabia. • Lead and manage a team of mechanical engineers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship
• Oversee the design and development of mechanical systems for social infrastructure projects
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards
• Coordinate with other disciplines and project stakeholders to ensure effective integration of mechanical systems
• Review and approve technical documentation, including drawings, calculations, and specifications
• Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to project schedules and budgets
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues related to mechanical engineering activities
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, and suppliers to achieve project objectives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in mechanical engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Professional engineering license or certification is preferred
• Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles and practices
• Experience in the design and development of mechanical systems for large-scale projects
• Proficiency in engineering software and tools, such as AutoCAD, Revit, and HVAC design software
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
