Warehouse Supervisor

Sealy Mattress Middle East is looking for a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team in Jeddah. As an operation licensee of Sealy Inc. USA, we are a leading mattress company in the Middle East region. The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations to ensure the efficient and timely receipt, storage, and distribution of our products. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to lead and motivate a team of warehouse staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing merchandise
• Develop and implement warehouse policies and procedures to ensure efficient and accurate operations
• Manage and allocate warehouse resources, including equipment and personnel, to meet operational needs
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment
• Monitor inventory levels and track stock movements
• Coordinate with other departments, including logistics and sales, to ensure timely order fulfillment
• Train and develop warehouse staff to improve productivity and performance

Requirements

• College diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in a supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of warehouse procedures and best practices
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
• Proficient in using warehouse management systems and software
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards
• 25 years old and above
• Saudi national only
