Client Representative

• Act as the main point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, and providing timely and accurate information.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through exceptional service delivery and support.
• Handle and resolve client complaints and concerns in a professional and efficient manner.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and projects are delivered successfully.
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to existing clients.
• Prepare and deliver client presentations and reports as needed.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• must be having experience in the Manpower department OR Aramco manpower hiring or SMP department experience in Saudi Arabia.
