QA/QC Manager

Eram Talent, a premier talent acquisition company serving various industries, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced QA/QC Manager to join their team. As a QA/QC Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and compliance of projects across multiple industries.

• Experience for building TCF projects (design, build project), he will be the leader of QC team, and shall be full fit about managing the QC, knows about inspection requirements, submit all required documents, and schedules related to Quality.
• Implement and maintain a comprehensive Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with industry standards and client requirements.
• Develop and implement quality control procedures and processes for various projects.
• Lead and manage a team of QA/QC inspectors to ensure adherence to quality standards and completion of projects on time.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality control procedures and identify areas for improvement.
• Create and maintain quality control documentation and records.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Provide training and guidance to team members on quality control procedures and best practices.
• Stay up-to-date with industry standards and regulations to ensure compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in quality control management, preferably in multiple industries.
• Experience in TCF Projects.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing quality control procedures and processes.
• Strong knowledge of industry quality standards and regulations.
• Certification in quality management or related field is preferred.
• Excellent leadership and management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using quality control tools and software.
