Procurement Quality Supervisor (PCCS)

Eram Talent is currently seeking a Procurement Quality Supervisor (PCCS) to join our team. As a division of ERAM Group, E-Talent is a global Talent Acquisition Consultancy committed to providing outstanding recruitment solutions. The Procurement Quality Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring the quality of procurement processes within the organization. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• To be fully aware of submitting PQDs, NMRs, and how to follow RVL lists.
• Aware about the Company's standards and procedures.
• Has a manageable character to lead procurement and quality together.
• Develop and implement quality control processes for procurement activities
• Establish and maintain quality assurance standards for vendors and suppliers
• Conduct audits to evaluate vendor compliance with quality requirements
• Identify and resolve quality issues in collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Develop and maintain documentation of quality control processes and procedures
• Create and implement training programs to ensure staff understanding of quality requirements
• Collaborate with procurement team to improve processes and optimize vendor selection

Requirements

• Have at least one of below certificates.
• Certified International Vendor Management (CIVM) - IPSCMI-USA
• Certified International Procurement Manager (CIPM) - IPSCMI-USA
• Procurement amp; Contract Management System NIDA
• Certified International Procurement Professional (CIPP) - IPSCMI-USA
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Must have 10+ years of experience in Procurement field
• Prior experience in procurement or quality control
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems and principles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Detail-oriented and strong problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience in the Oil amp; Energy industry is a plus
