Civil QC Supervisor

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Civil QC Supervisor to join our team. As a Civil QC Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and compliance of civil construction projects.

• He will be the right hand for QC manager.
• Lead QCs and prepare all quality paperwork need.
• Fully aware about inspections, RFIs, and managing the quality work at site.
• Make sure that all work, equipment, and items are inspected on proper way.
• Aware about the Company's standards and procedures
• Prefer to have prior approval form the company
• Lead and supervise a team of QC inspectors to ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and applicable codes and regulations.
• Develop and implement quality control procedures and processes for civil construction projects.
• Conduct inspections and audits to ensure that work is being carried out in accordance with approved procedures and standards.
• Review and approve quality control plans and inspection reports.
• Manage and maintain quality control documentation and records.
• Collaborate with project managers and contractors to resolve quality issues and ensure timely completion of projects.
• Provide training and guidance to QC inspectors on quality control procedures and practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in quality control supervision in civil construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of civil construction principles, practices, and codes.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing quality control procedures and processes.
• Certification in quality control related areas is preferred.
• Excellent leadership and supervisory skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve quality issues.
• Proficiency in using quality control tools and software.
