As a Senior Sales Development Specialist, you will play a crucial role in generating and qualifying leads, as well as building strong relationships with potential clients. Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate leads within a defined territory or target market
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives to develop a comprehensive territory strategy
- Qualify leads and set expectations for initial meetings with Account Executives
- Actively listen to customer needs and handle objections effectively
- Achieve or exceed monthly quotas of qualified meetings, opportunities, and pipeline generation
- Utilize modern lead generation tools, such as Salesforce, LinkedIn, and HubSpot, to manage prospects
- Continuously learn and improve the demand-generation process
- Drive top-of-the-funnel lead generation and nurture relationships with potential clients
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and opportunities in CRM
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide valuable insights and feedback for process improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales development or a similar role
- Proven track record of success in generating and qualifying leads
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and objection handling abilities
- Experience using CRM tools, such as Salesforce or HubSpot
