FlyAkeed is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Partnership Development Specialist to join our team. As a Senior Partnership Development Specialist at FlyAkeed, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships that drive business growth and enhance our market position. You will work closely with key stakeholders and cross-functional teams to establish and nurture long-term relationships with partners, negotiate and execute partnership agreements, and drive joint marketing and business development initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead the identification and evaluation of potential partnership opportunities aligned with FlyAkeed's strategic goals
- Develop and execute partnership strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion
- Manage the end-to-end partnership lifecycle, from initial contact to contract negotiation and ongoing relationship management
- Collaborate with internal teams to align and coordinate partnership activities, including marketing campaigns, product integrations, and joint events
- Monitor and analyze partnership performance, including revenue impact, customer acquisition, and market share growth
- Proactively identify opportunities to optimize and improve partnership programs and initiatives
- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with company objectives and legal requirements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, serving as the main point of contact for all partnership-related matters
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in partnership development, alliance management, or a related role
- Proven track record of successfully identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships
- Strong understanding of the information technology and services industry
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data and insights to drive decision-making
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Experience in the travel or e-commerce industry is a plus
