Eram Talent is currently looking for a skilled Static Equipment Engineer to join their team in the Oil amp; Energy industry. As a Static Equipment Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and integrity of static equipment such as pressure vessels, heat exchangers, storage tanks, and piping systems. You will provide technical expertise and support in the design, inspection, maintenance, and troubleshooting of static equipment. You will work closely with other engineers and maintenance teams to optimize equipment performance and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Static Equipment Engineer who is passionate about ensuring the safety, reliability, and efficiency of static equipment. Responsibilities- Design and review plans and specifications for static equipment.
- Ensure compliance with applicable industry codes, standards, and regulations.
- Conduct inspections and assess the condition of static equipment.
- Develop and implement maintenance and repair strategies for static equipment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to static equipment.
- Collaborate with other engineers and maintenance teams to optimize equipment performance.
- Participate in safety reviews and risk assessments.
- Provide technical support and guidance to project teams.
- Provide day-to-day technical support to Engineering , Procurement amp; Construction activities as Operations and Maintenance representative related to Static Equipment’s and others such as heating furnace, Boilers, Industrial gas station, HVAC, Pumps, and compressors etc.
- Review SAPMT project proposals and detailed design packages.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Static Equipment Engineer in the oil and energy industry.
- Strong knowledge of static equipment, such as pressure vessels, heat exchangers, storage tanks, and piping systems.
- Familiarity with applicable industry codes, standards, and regulations.
- Experience in equipment design, inspection, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Passion for safety, reliability, and continuous improvement.
- In-depth knowledge of international standards and codes ASME, API and ANSI especially standard such as API610, API 617, API 692, API 691, and others related to rotating equipment design and selection.
