We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Supply Chain Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing supply chain data, identifying trends, and providing insights and recommendations to improve efficiency and reduce costs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including procurement, logistics, and inventory management to optimize processes and ensure timely delivery of products to customers. Additionally, you will play a key role in forecasting demand, monitoring inventory levels, and managing vendor relationships. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of supply chain concepts, and proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide application support and training for end-users
- Troubleshoot and communicate customer and vendor requirements and issues to the IT Department.
- Will have involvement in forecasting and planning, purchasing and procurement, inventory management, operations and Safety
- Responsible to attend to and resolve top priorities for the overall department, in a timely manner
- Evaluate incidents and standard change requests and coordinate/guide the implementation of changes according to business requirements.
- Ensure that the incidents and standard changes are resolved within the target times as defined in SLAs
- Keeps all required documentation up-to-date
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field
- Proven experience in supply chain analysis or a similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Microsoft Excel or Tableau
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of supply chain management concepts and best practices
- Experience with forecasting and demand planning
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
