Requirements
We are currently seeking a Debt Controller to join our team and play a vital role in maintaining financial stability and ensuring timely debt collection. The Debt Controller will be responsible for managing a portfolio of outstanding debts, developing effective debt recovery strategies, and fostering positive relationships with clients.
Responsibilities
Taking a proactive role in managing and collecting debts of company debtors.
Setting up terms and conditions of credit.
Ensuring timely payment of debts.
Following up on payments as needed.
Negotiating re-payment plans.
Liaising with customers and the sales team.

Previous work experience as a debit controller.
Proficient in Accounting and Office software.
Strong communication skills.
