Job Description

GENERAL PURPOSE

A leading Maritime Company working in offshore oil amp; Gas services is hiring a Project Coordinator to provide the administrative support and coordination for the department different sections, closely monitoring and controlling all documentation and invoices related to projects department.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist in the preparation of offers and tenders studies.

Preparation and follow up of invoices during project phases (down payments, monthly invoices m,,etc.)

Preparation of ISO and internal/external audit requirements.

Prepare ,Follow up and monitoring of the department correspondence ( In and Out).

Coordination between projects department different sections and ensure all data is well distributed and latest revisions are on hand with each party(office,onshore,offshore).

projects engineering documents control.

Archiving and logging of all projects related documents including but not limited to site documents , quality manuals , correspondences , etc.

Interfacing with clients’ and subcontractrs’ DCCs for transmittals submission and receiving in addition to faxes.

Updating transmittal logs and drawings/reports for all projects.

Preparing projects qc manuals / as-built dossiers in terms of filing , photocopying and scanning.

QHSE Responsibilities:

o Support the organization’s policy commitments and other applicable Arrangements related to its QHSE management system.

o Take reasonable care of their own health and safety.

o Take reasonable care not to put other people - fellow employees and members of the public - at risk by what they do or don't do in the course of their work.

o Notify their line manager about any health, safety or environmental concerns they have.

o Suggest improvements and being active in the general improvement of all Systems and methods of work to ensure Company operations are carried out in a personally and environmentally safe, reliable and cost effective way.

Requirements

EDUCATION:

BSc. Engineering/Arts.

KNOWLEDGE:

Projects reporting.

Audit compliance and conformity rules.

Recordkeeping and tracking.

Very good knowledge of EGPC contracts forms, terms amp; conditions.

EXPERIENCE:

+ 3 years in offshore oils and services industries.

+ 2 years in handling contracts and tenders.

+ 2 years in handling Audits and Inspections.

SKILLS:

Technical:

MS Office

Languages:

Excellent spoken and written English and Arabic.
