As a Technical Sales Manager, your role is pivotal in driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets for our cutting-edge creative services, including Video Production, Television Commercials, Architecture Animations, Virtual Reality (VR) experiences and Property Technology.

What you'll be doing:

Driving business development initiatives and exceeding assigned KPIs and sales targets.

Developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to identify, engage, and secure new clients for our Video Production, Television Commercials, Architecture Animations, Virtual Reality (VR) experiences and PropTech services.

Collaborating with existing traditional sales teams and managing technical amp; creative demonstrations and sales calls with them.

Building and cultivating strong, lasting relationships with both existing and potential clients, becoming a trusted advisor for their creative needs.

Collaborating closely with remote production, animations, and technology teams to ensure seamless project handover, aligning client expectations with project outcomes.

Understanding client pain points and offering tailored creative solutions to address their specific requirements.

Regularly updating and maintaining accurate records of sales activities and prospects in the CRM system.

Staying ahead of industry trends, market shifts, and emerging technologies related to video production, animation, virtual reality, and property technology.

Representing the company at both local and international industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to expand the client base and enhance brand recognition.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred

5-8 years of proven success in B2B sales within the creative agency sector of Saudi Arabia

Must have worked with international or multinational organisations in previous jobs.

Has a proven track record of successfully meeting and surpassing sales quotas t lead the charge in revenue generation.

Demonstrated experience in client development and relationship management, particularly within Video Production, Television Commercials, Architecture Animations, Virtual Reality (VR) experiences and PropTech fields.

Strong analytical skills to assess market trends, identify opportunities, and tailor sales strategies accordingly.

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.

Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools to manage leads, track progress, and report on sales activities.

Ideally Saudi National with proficiency in Arabic amp; English languages.

Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
