You will work closely with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality products and services at competitive prices.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement procurement strategies to meet company objectives
- Identify potential suppliers and maintain good relationships with existing suppliers
- Conduct market research and analysis to source the best quality products and services at competitive prices
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and prices with suppliers
- Manage the procurement process from requisition to purchase order
- Ensure timely delivery of goods and services
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs
- Monitor supplier performance and resolve any issues or disputes
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date procurement records and documentation
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field
- Proven experience as a procurement officer or in a similar role
- Knowledge of procurement processes, policies, and best practices
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and procurement software
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
- Professional certification in procurement is a plus
