Duties and Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, estimate and/or coordinate maintenance work. Prioritize work and determine preventive maintenance schedule for mechanical equipments.
- Extracting maintenance/ spares from manual into SAP
- Updating and improving SOP in SAP
- Closure of work order
- SAP report analysis
- Purchase materials, tools and equipment: Develop specifications for procurement of goods, materials and equipment.
- Estimate and determine labour and material requirements.
- Schedule and coordinate work requirements for equipments maintenance.
- Coordinate maintenance work performed by external contractors.
- Cost tracking,
- Assisting in maintenance Budget preparation
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Education:
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Experience:
- 6 to 10 years of experience in relevant role
- Experience in SAP Implementation and application
- Experience using AutoCAD and MS Office
Knowledge and Skills:
- Knowledge of planning/scheduling techniques and principles
- Knowledge of estimating and drafting principles
- Spares and SOP procedure preparation
- Oral and written communication skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Analytical skills
- Skill in reading and interpreting engineering and architectural drawings
- Skill in researching information
- SAP system proficiency is required
