As the Senior Mechanical Planner, you will be responsible for developing comprehensive maintenance plans for mechanical equipment and providing technical guidance in the planning and scheduling of maintenance activities. Your expertise will contribute to the efficient and effective operation of the company's mechanical systems, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum productivity.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement maintenance and turnaround strategies for mechanical systems and equipment
- Create detailed maintenance plans and schedules for mechanical maintenance activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely execution of maintenance plans
- Provide technical guidance and support to maintenance personnel during planning and execution
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential issues and optimize maintenance plans
- Analyze maintenance data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations in all maintenance activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in mechanical planning and maintenance in the Oil amp; Energy industry
- Extensive knowledge of mechanical systems and equipment
- Proven experience in developing and implementing maintenance strategies and plans
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using maintenance management software and tools
- Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with colleagues at all levels of the organization
