FlyAkeed, an online platform based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Senior People Operations Specialist. As a Senior People Operations Specialist at FlyAkeed, you will play a crucial role in supporting the growth and development of our company.

FlyAkeed is a travel solution platform that simplifies the process of booking flights and hotels for individuals and businesses alike. As a Senior People Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our people operations functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and HR policy implementation. You will work closely with the management team to ensure that our employees are well-supported and contribute to the overall success of the company. • Manage the end-to-end Onboarding process, including Pre-boarding, Orientation, etc.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute employee onboarding and training programs
• Support managers in performance management activities, including goal setting and performance reviews
• Provide guidance and support to employees on HR policies and procedures
• Conduct regular employee satisfaction surveys and develop initiatives to improve overall employee satisfaction
• Stay up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices, and make recommendations for process improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
• Proven work experience as a People Operations Specialist or similar role
• Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations in Saudi Arabia
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build effective relationships with employees at all levels of the organization
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Passion for creating a positive employee experience and driving employee engagement
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.
