Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Telecommunication, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or any related IT field.
3- 10 years of experience in Microsoft infrastructure-related field.
Knowledge of active directory domain services
Knowledge of Microsoft Exchange Server.
Knowledge of Office 365 services (Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, Skype for Business, One Drive, Yammer, Microsoft Defender for Office 365, EOP).
Knowledge of Microsoft Hyper-V service.
Knowledge of Microsoft ADFS.
Knowledge of SQL infrastructure setup.
Knowledge of Microsoft System Center products.
Knowledge of Microsoft Azure:
Good command of both English amp; Arabic languages (writing, reading amp; conversation).
Ability to learn technologies.
Ability to communicate and report incidents and issues to the upper management.
Self-motivated.
Ability to work under pressure and stressful scenarios.
Analytical Thinking.
Attention to details.
Resourcefulness and troubleshooting aptitude.
