Job Description
- Providing service and support to all end users.
- Publish and distribute updates, patches, and service packs based on change requests Approved for end-user devices.
- Utilize the current service management system and update the service desk on tickets Customized.
- Install and configure new end user devices
- Providing the service in transporting end-user devices from one location to another at the headquarters.
- Transportation and installation from one site to another.
- Mobile application support level one
- Field engineers are required to be able to communicate in both Arabic languages and English.
Requirements
- Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of experience in technical support and service
- Field engineers are required to be able to communicate in both Arabic and English.
