Job Description

We are exclusively partnering with a global client in Jeddah, KSA, who are seeking a hands on operational HR Business Partner to join the team. As a Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in aligning HR strategies with the business objectives and providing strategic HR support to various departments within the organization. You will serve as a trusted advisor and collaborator to senior leaders, helping drive people-related initiatives that contribute to the overall success of the business across the Kingdom and wider region.

Responsibilities:

  • HR Policies amp; Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute HR strategies that support the business goals, including talent acquisition, talent development, workforce planning, and performance management.
  • Employee Relations: Handle employee relations matters, resolving conflicts, conducting investigations, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Talent Pipelining/Saudisation: Partner with the Talent Acquisition locally and regionally to identify workforce needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent and build the saudisation plan. Support line management in forecasting and planning the talent pipeline requirements in line with the function/business strategy.
  • Performance Management: Implement performance management processes, provide guidance to managers and employees, and lead initiatives to improve employee performance and productivity.
  • Learning and Development: Work with the Learning and Development team to identify training needs and promote professional growth and development for employees. Maintain and coordinate appropriate learning interventions taking into account learning principles and theories (e.g. training programmes, coaching, on-the-job learning) and manage the ongoing delivery.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Ensure that compensation and benefits packages are competitive and aligned with industry standards while being in compliance with local regulations. Support the Reward strategy and prepare recommendations where appropriate.
  • Employee Engagement: Promote a positive workplace culture by initiating and managing engagement programs, surveys, and recognition initiatives. Review and benchmark the internal and external environment in order to recommend improvements in HR policies and initiatives to enhance overall business performance.
  • HR Metrics and Reporting: Generate and analyze HR metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of HR programs and make data-driven decisions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • At least 6-8 years of HR Generalist experience, including 2-3 years as a HR Business Partner role in Saudi Arabia ideally within a Multinational environment.
  • Profound knowledge of Saudi labor laws and regulations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with senior management.
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, CIPD) is a plus.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office tools.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
