Job Description

Salla, a leading company in the Information Technology and Services industry, is seeking an Organizational Development Manager to join our team. As an Organizational Development Manager, you will play a vital role in the growth and development of our company. You will be responsible for identifying and implementing strategies to enhance employee performance, drive change, and promote a positive work culture. Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee performance, engagement, and retention.
  • Conduct organizational assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans.
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance employees' skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement effective change management initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in organizational development, talent development, or change management.
  • Strong knowledge of organizational behavior theories and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships.
  • Experience in designing and delivering training programs.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in HRIS and other relevant software.
  • Certification in organizational development, change management, or related areas is a plus.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • A passion for driving organizational change and promoting a positive work culture.
