Job Description

BEOND, the world's first premium leisure airline, is seeking a Sales Manager to join our growing team in Riyadh. As a Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sales, expanding our customer base, and promoting the exceptional travel experiences we offer to our guests.

At BEOND, we strive to create hassle-free journeys for our guests, with a focus on luxury and unforgettable experiences. Our home base in the Maldives, one of the world's most sought-after premium travel destinations, allows us to provide a unique and premium service. With the launch of our all-lay flat single-aisle Airbus aircraft in 2023, we are setting new standards in the industry.

As a Sales Manager, you will have the opportunity to be a part of this exciting journey. You will be responsible for leading and managing the sales in Riyadh, ensuring that sales targets are achieved and exceeded. You will be in charge of developing and implementing sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with key clients, and identifying new business opportunities. With your strong sales acumen and leadership skills, you will drive revenue growth and contribute to the overall success of the company.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the sales in Riyadh
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, travel agencies, and corporate partners
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team
  • Collaborate with marketing and PR teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns
  • Attend industry events and trade shows to network and promote the BEOND brand

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
  • Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the airline or hospitality industry
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to drive a sales team
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Sound knowledge of the travel industry and market trends
  • Proactive and result-oriented mindset
  • Fluent in English and Arabic, both written and verbal. Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
